Adoption of Agenda and Procedures

 

  • That the Special Joint Council adopts the content of the agenda as presented and Grey County Procedural By-law 5134-22 to govern the procedure of its November 27, 2025 joint meeting of the County of Bruce and County of Grey; and 

    That Grey County Warden Andrea Matrosovs is appointed chair of this meeting and quorum shall be determined by 50% plus one of the members of Bruce and Grey County Councils combined; and

    That votes taken be determined by a simple majority vote.

Closed Meeting Matters

 

  • That the Joint Council proceed into closed session pursuant to Section 239 (2)h of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, to discuss:

    i. information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province, or territory or a Crown agency of any of them (governance matters with respect to the Grey Bruce Health Unit)

Reporting Out Statement

 

  • That the presentation reviewed in closed session regarding information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality by the Province of Ontario be received for information.
